Frequently Asked Questions

FAQs

  • Firstly, thank you, I’m so glad you like my flowers and would like to chat further about them!

The best way to get in touch is via the contact page or please email me with as much information as possible.

If I’m free on your wedding date we can arrange a zoom call or meet up in person for a coffee, before we meet it’s really helpful if you can send over some initial design ideas, you don’t need to know anything about flowers just a few Pinterest images, colour palette and budget is really helpful.

Following our meeting, I’ll put together a price estimate and design proposal full of inspiration images, colours and flowers for you to consider.

Your date is reserved for two weeks and you can secure your date by paying a deposit.

    Then what happens?

Depending on your requirements we may meet for a site visit around 3 months before the wedding. The site visit is an opportunity to discuss everything in more detail and walk through the various stages of your day.

Around 6 weeks before the wedding date we will organise another follow-up meeting to run through everything again, confirm numbers and delivery. I will also liaise with your venue to let them know what is happening and when.

Your full balance is due 4 weeks before the wedding and then I’ll see you on the day with your bouquet!

Larger designs such as an arch that are big and heavy or designed to fit a space such as a church door need to remain in situ.

We can chat further about this and the various options available.
